I like these; very peaceful looking. I'm wondering, do you know if its safe to warm these up at all? I've seen other pillows that say you can stick them in the fridge to cool them or warm them up via the microwave, so thats why I ask.

Hi, I have read that too and have cooled mine, but never heated in the microwave.

If you heat the flax I think it can sprout...
